SPINNING

The thrill of outdoor cycling brought to you indoors. You will be motivated by great music while your instructor pushes you to attack hill climbs, aerobic sprints and flats.

CARDIO POWER HOUR

Are you ready?! Intense cardio drills intermingled with powerful interval training to rev up your heart rate while shredding calories. Take the option to add weights and we will push you to the next level. This is one workout that will make you feel like a champion at the finish.

YOGA

This yoga class follows a Vinyasa flow. It is a continuous flow of yoga poses that will help you deepen your breath and increase stamina.

Flexible Strength class will relax and revive tight muscles by giving your range of motion a boost.* Static stretching limbers up stiff, sore muscles while adding in basic core building moves to build muscular balance and stability.
